Any minimum order to delivery?	Yes, RM60 and above for appointment delivery.
Where is convenience for delivery?	Collection Point: Sri Damansara 10, ESSO (next to McDonals) Sg Buloh, ESSO (next to Hong Leong Bank) Kepong, Pizza Hut (Opposite to Carrefour) PJ, McDonals SS2 PJ State, Taman Jaya LRT, Amcorp Mall Damansara, IKEA Taman Desa Medical centre n more.......(Appointment in advance)
How if i'm in outstation?	Courier service is provided, Post Express. (No extra charge).
How is the payment made if delivery through courier?	Bank in, and confirmation info sent to me, 1. MayBank 2. CIMB 3. Hong Leong Bank
How long will you take to delivery the parcel?	Order, bank-in confirmation to delivered, 1 week or shorter.
How good is it to use "Post Express" to delivery the dvds?	Good and secure.
How is the video quality?	Quality assured. (I had filtered the low quality dvd.)
Is the dvd with printed cover?	No.
How long the duration for 1 dvd?	80-120mins. 150mins and above is in 2Dvds set.
How if the dvds i bought could not be played?	1 to 1 exchange. Only apply to dvd faulty. No exchange for "Dislike".
